No.17 (City of Christchurch) Squadron
Formed in January 1942 under the command of Pilot Officer M. Keys, No.17 (City of Christchurch) Squadron is the largest and one of the oldest Air Training Corps units in NZ.
No.17 (City of Christchurch) Squadron has won the National Efficiency Trophy eight out of the last ten years and was the first ATC Unit to be awarded a Chief of Air Force Commendation.
No.17 (City of Christchurch) Squadron parades on Thursday evenings at 43 Corsair Drive Wigram from 6:30 pm to 9:15 pm.
